26 on the 25th

My 26th birthday was a few days ago and I couldn't be more grateful to see another year.  I've learned a great deal over the past year and I want to share a little of my growth with everyone.

First, do not let fear or doubt block your growth.  Have faith in yoursellf and more importantly in the Lord to see you through any situation.  Take risks.  People learn a lot more from their failures than they do from their successes.  Failure humbles people while sucess gives them confidence.  I believe you need both of these characteristics in order to grow.  BUT, you will never know what you are capable of if you do not try.

Lastly, don't try to conquer the world alone.  Lean on family and friends for support.  Everyone has at least one person that they can count on.  Take advantage of the people God has placed in your life.  AND make sure that they can depend on you as well.  I'm not trying to be funny but we all have someone we groan about when they call. Because you KNOW they want something. Don't be that person.  I hope no one feels that way about me. If you do, my bad.

I have every intention on taking my own advice. I'm excited to see what my 26th year on this fabulous earth brings!

I bet our first lady wants to pound down the women of The View again!  Last Wednesday the ladies did an excellent job of expressing my thoughts on the birth certificate fiasco. Our President is being disrespected because of his race. Flat out. If it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck, it's a freakin' duck! I'm calling the spade!  Americans wonder why other countries don't respect us. It's because we don't respect ourselves!

NOW our fellow American's are claiming the birth certificate is doctored or fake?! Idiots! You can not be the President of the United States of America without being a citizen of the USA!   Seriously people, let this go. We need to be concern with the irrefutable issues of this country/world! Like how to repair our southern states after last week's tornadoes. Or how we will protect ourselves from Al-Queda's retaliation on Osama bin Laden's death.

The leaders of the "birther" movement are pathetic human beings. Their goal is to play on the minds of other weak and pathetic Americans. Don't get lost in the sauce! I move that the American people put this imaginary issue of Obama's birth certificate to rest. All in favor say aye...
